Lockhart River 107.7FM Radio Service
Lockhart River 107.7 FM is our local community radio service, and part of Black Star Radio Network, the Indigenous owned and operated radio station network operating in communities throughout remote Queensland.
One of the great advantages of our local radio broadcast is the service we can provide in promoting community events and sharing local news, information and stories, whether it be individual achievements or health, education or community development issues.
At present, Lockhart River 107.7 FM broadcasts national information as well as local issues and events, but we have the opportunity to develop local content and undertake local recordings in the future. It is our radio, and we welcome the input and ideas of the Lockhart community.
