Lockhart River Bin Collection
Each home in Lockhart River is provided with one green wheelie bin with the collection day clearly labelled on the bin. Bins issued are for the disposal of normal household waste only. Bin lids must be shut at all times. Rubbish is collected within the community five days per week; however, collection days will depend on the street where you live.
If your wheelie bin is damaged or lost, you should report this straight away to the Environmental Health Officer on 07 4060 7380. Repairs or a replacement will be organised as soon as possible.
